Refundable Tickets

All Contour tickets are non-refundable except for the following:

  1. Tickets purchased at a “Flexible” fare when cancelled prior to scheduled departure.
  2. Tickets that are cancelled within 24 hours of booking, provided that the ticket was also booked at least 7 days prior to departure of the first flight in the itinerary.

Non-refundable tickets may be changed or cancelled prior to departure to receive courtesy credit towards a future flight, subject to availability. Reservations made using a courtesy credit are subject to any difference in fare in effect for the new dates of travel. Cancellations must be made at least one hour prior to departure in order to receive a courtesy flight credit equal to the amount of the ticket, less the Administrative Service Fee. Courtesy credits may be used for travel on flights up to 365 days from the time the original booking was made. Passengers who do not notify Contour of cancellation in advance of their flight forfeit their right to a refund or flight credit for future travel. Courtesy credits issued for future flights have no cash value. Tickets purchased under certain fare classes may not be eligible for any refund or credit. Please reference our Fare Rules for information about specific fare classes.

Contour Airlines will strive to process eligible refunds in the time frames set out below, upon receipt of all required information. Some optional products and services tickets are not refundable.

For all eligible tickets and optional products and services purchased within the U.S. with a credit card, refunds will be provided within 10 business days of receipt of the required refund information. Travel on another airline, tickets that were purchased outside the U.S. and tickets booked through travel agents or online travel agencies require special handling and can take up to 45 days to process.

Cancellation to Future Travel Voucher (FTV - - - Super Saver and Standard fares: Refundable only to future travel credit (FTV). The balance will be applied toward future travel in the form of a travel credit valid for one year from the original date of reservation. Failure to cancel a ticket at least one hour prior to scheduled departure will result in total forfeiture of the fare. Please note that all cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are fully refundable back to original form of payment.
Change Fees - - - Fee is waived within 24 hours after initial purchase. Failure to change a ticket at least one hour prior to scheduled departure will result in forfeiture of fare.
Checked Bag Fee $25.00 - - Standard: Includes 1 complimentary checked bag at 50 lbs. each.
Flexible: Includes 1 complimentary checked bags at 50 lbs. each.
Each additional bag will be subject to a $25 fee per piece.

Fare Terms and Conditions

Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or all days. Contour Airlines flights are public charters sold and operated by Corporate Flight Management as a direct air carrier. Flights are subject to DOT Public Charter Regulations. Each guest is permitted to check one piece of baggage free of charge. Any additional checked baggage will be subject to a fee of $25 for each additional piece. Applicable fare and tax differences apply to any changes made after ticketing. Fares include U.S. government taxes and fees. All fares are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, and other restrictions apply. If you do not board the flight(s) corresponding to your itinerary, your ticket has no value. Please see our policies and procedures page for full details. Specific fare rules may apply.
