Corporate Flight Management, Inc. d.b.a. Contour Airlines (“Contour”) has created this privacy policy statement (the "Privacy Policy") in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the contourairlines.com web site (the “Web Site”). The following discloses Contour’s information gathering, use, and dissemination practices for the Web Site. When a user books air travel through the Web Site, Contour collects specific information, including, but not limited to the passenger’s full name, address, date of birth, gender, and other Personal Information needed to complete the booking and for Transportation Security Administration passenger screening. Contour also collects credit card or debit card data needed to process payment for the booking. When this Personal Information and credit/debit card information is collected on the Web Site, that information is encrypted and transmitted to Contour in a secure way.

Information Usage: When a user books air travel through the Web Site, completes a form on the Web Site, or sends an email message to Contour, such user indicates an interest in Contour’s services Personal Information provided by or collected from the user may be used for the purposes of communicating with such user or providing services to such user. By providing or making Personal Information on the Web Site, you consent to receive information and updates on Contour’s services. Contour will not sell or rent any Personal Information to any third party. Except as required by law, specifically authorized by you, or in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Web Site, Contour will not share Personal Information with any third party.
