Traveling with pets
We know your family might include those with four legs and fur. Contour welcomes small pets onboard the aircraft at no charge. Reservations for your pet must be made in advance over the phone with Customer Experience to ensure availability and reserve a space for your pet. We are not able to book pets online.
For safety, we do not allow more than two (2) pet containers in the cabin at any time and only one (1) pet carrier per passenger. Pets are required to stay in their carrier at all times and must be soothed by the owner in its carrier.
Permitted pets on Contour flights include domesticated dogs and cats. Pet carriers are required to fit under the seat and must be big enough to allow your pet to stand up, lie down, and turn around in a natural position. Please note that you are not allowed to sit in an Emergency Exit row with a pet carrier. Pet carrier dimensions are not to exceed 24” length x 16” width x 10” height and are considered to be a carry-on item for allowance purposes.

Dogs trained to detect explosives/drugs or trained for search and rescue (documentation required) are also welcome at no charge. Please see our Contract of Carriage for more details.
